Before you subscribe for or purchase any service or course that requires payment (Paid Content) from

or via our SoulScape Your Life™ website, you will be asked to agree to our terms and conditions for

delivering the Paid Content to you. You will be unable to access or use any Paid Content until you have

agreed to our terms and conditions, details of which will be available when you when you select the

Paid Content that you wish to subscribe to or purchase.

SoulScape Your Life™ and Meron Shapland shall not be liable for any loss, cost, damage, expense, or

indirect or consequential loss arising directly or indirectly from engagement with this website, its

content, or any associated practices, services, or materials. Nothing can replace the consultation and

clinical diagnosis of a qualified medical practitioner. Always consult your doctor or relevant healthcare

Personal Information – You must provide accurate personal details when signing up for any SoulScape

Your Life™ course, offering, or mailing list. You agree not to impersonate another person or provide

false information. You also agree not to use SoulScape Your Life™ content unlawfully or in any manner

that infringes upon the rights of others.

Refund and Cancellation Policy – We strive to provide all clients and students with a professional and

respectful experience. No refunds are offered for change of mind, non-engagement, or incomplete

participation. Refunds may be considered for verified technical issues preventing access to paid

materials or sessions. For recurring payments, please provide one month’s notice to discontinue.

Exclusive Material – All website content, materials, courses, videos, written texts, and The SoulScape

Method™ are the intellectual property of SoulScape Your Life™ and Meron Shapland. This includes all

materials derived from or inspired by The SoulScape Method™, the SoulScape Your Life™ name, logo,

branding, and all associated materials. You may not copy, share, publish, modify, sell, exploit, or

otherwise distribute any of the content without express prior written permission of Meron Shapland.

You will be granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub licensable licence to access,

participate in and use SoulScape Method™ course materials (“materials”) for your personal, non-

commercial purposes. The licence granted does not give you any rights in the materials supplied to

you. You may not copy, rent, sell, publish, republish, share, broadcast or otherwise transmit the

materials (or any part of it). The licence’s terms and conditions will be set out in more detail at the

time you purchase or subscribe for Paid Content.
